Project Initiation and Payment:
Upon agreeing to work with us, clients are required to make an initial payment that covers part of the total project cost, as detailed in the specific proposal or contract. This payment is essential to initiate any project. The balance will be due upon project completion, prior to the official launch or handover of the completed website or service.
Fulfillment Policy:
1. Timeline:
We commit to delivering our projects within the timeline outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any delays or adjustments to the timeline will be communicated to the client promptly.
2. Project Scope:
The scope of work will be clearly defined in the project proposal or agreement. Any requests for additional features, pages, or other services not included in the initial agreement will be considered out-of-scope and may incur additional charges.
3. Review and Revisions:
Our project process includes specific checkpoints for client review and feedback. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback during these checkpoints to ensure their satisfaction with the final product. The number of revisions included in the project will be specified in the agreement.
4. Final Delivery:
Upon completion and final payment, all necessary files and access to the website will be handed over to the client. We also provide a standard post-launch support period to address any immediate concerns or issues.
Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation:
If a client wishes to cancel their project after the initial payment has been made but before work has commenced, Bluegrass Media Inc. will retain a cancellation fee as specified in the project agreement to cover administrative costs and initial resources allocated. The remainder of the initial payment will be refunded to the client.
2. During the Project:
Once the project work has commenced, the ability to obtain a refund will depend on the stage of the project and the amount of work completed. We will assess the work done in proportion to the payment received and determine if a partial refund can be granted. Details of such assessments are project-specific and will be outlined in the project agreement.
3. Post Completion:
After the project has been completed, launched, and handed over, Bluegrass Media Inc. cannot offer refunds. We strive to ensure client satisfaction through every stage of the project and will work diligently to resolve any issues within the scope of our post-launch support.
General Terms:
– All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@bluegrass-media.com
– Refunds, when agreed upon, will be processed within 30 days of the agreement to refund.
