Project Agreements Control

This page explains the standard Bluegrass Media policy. The signed project agreement, approved proposal, or written scope for a specific engagement controls its payment schedule, delivery expectations, revision limits, and any project-specific refund terms.

We want every project to have a clear scope, useful feedback checkpoints, and an understandable path from kickoff through handoff.

How Projects Are Fulfilled

The project proposal or agreement defines the working plan. These are the standard expectations that support a clear delivery process.

Project Initiation and Payment

An initial payment is required to begin a project, as described in the proposal or contract. The remaining balance is due as set out in those project documents, before the official launch or handover of completed work.

Timeline and Scope

Projects are delivered on the timeline described in the proposal or agreement. Changes to timing or scope are communicated promptly. Requests outside the approved scope may require a separate estimate or additional charge.

Review and Revisions

Projects include review checkpoints so clients can provide feedback as the work moves forward. The number and type of included revisions are defined in the applicable project agreement.

Final Delivery and Support

After completion and final payment, the agreed files, access, or handoff materials are provided. A standard post-launch support period is available to address immediate issues within the agreed scope.
